These cover the website only. When you become a client, we sign a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) — those control everything about the paid work.
Using the site
By using timebacksolutions.ai, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Timeback Solutions LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. It's a marketing presence — visiting it doesn't create a contract for services. Any paid work needs a signed MSA + SOW.
What you can't do here
Just the usual: no breaking the law, no trying to break the site, no scraping or hammering it with bots, no using it to send spam or malware. Be a good citizen.
Our stuff stays ours
The copy, design, code, and Timeback clock mark on this site are owned by Timeback Solutions LLC. Link to anything freely; don't republish chunks of it without asking. Ownership of work we build for you is settled in your MSA, not here.
As-is
The site is provided as-is, without warranties. Numbers we cite about typical time savings are illustrative, not promises. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages tied to your use of the site. Any liability around paid work is handled in your MSA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The current version always lives at this URL with the "Updated" date at the top.
